The Tennessee River Clean Up

The Tennessee River Clean Up and Throw Down

Hey everyone! We’re asking for all the help we can get to join us as we collect trash from the Tennessee River and First Creek. The Tennessee River is the primary source of drinking water for over 4 million people. Also, it is home to countless species of wildlife. So, we’re teaming up with Alliance Brewing Company to remove some of the pollutions that litters these waters.

This event is free and open to the public. We will provide all cleaning equipment.

We will have one team out on paddling equipment collecting from the river, as well as a team on land collecting along the banks. We will provide all cleaning equipment.

Any participants looking to use our paddling equipment can do so free of charge. But, they must also register in advance. We will make the following equipment available for free reservation:

10 Stand Up Paddle Boards
4 Single Kayaks
1 Canoe

Any participants wishing to bring their own paddling equipment can do so without reservation. But, they must also be present at the orientation meeting to participate.

All participants 21+ will receive 1 sponsored draft beer from Alliance Brewing Company.
Schedule for the day:
10am Doors open at Billy Lush
10:30am Mandatory Safety Orientation in shop
