FAQ

SUP stands for Stand Up Paddleboard and is the fastest growing water sport in the world

If you can stand on land, more than likely you can stand on a paddleboard. We have had people from 7 to 70 years old enjoy the sport of SUP with us. When it comes to youth, the parent will need to use their best judgement. If you feel like a child is to young for their own board they can ride along on an adult board for free!

We use large stable boards in our rental fleet. At minimum our boards are rated for 240 – 270 lbs.

Wear a swim suit or comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting wet. Sun screen and water is also recommended. We offer all natural sunscreen products from Sun Bum at the shop along with a variety of cold drinks. When on the board shoes/sandals are not needed. It’s easier to balance barefoot, but some people like to wear water booties.

Absolutely! In our experience dogs love to ride on paddleboards and we welcome them anytime. Just be sure to keep them on a leash until they are on the board.

Refunds are not provided after 48 hrs, but we will reschedule or provide you a credit for a future paddle. “No Shows” will be charged full rate for all rentals and classes.
